While President Buhari is still looking for ways to reach an amicable solution with the University lecturers regarding the ASUU strike, their counterparts at the nation’s polytechnics are have finalise plans to go on an indefinite industrial action on the 12 th  of December. The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) has declared that it would begin an indefinite strike from December 12. The polytechnic lecturers will join their university colleagues who have been on strike for a month.
